Our Service Scope

Design – Assess site requirements, access points, users, security requirements, existing infrastructure and future expansion.

Installation – Supply and install access control equipment and related infrastructure, including readers, controllers, electronic locks, exit devices and power supplies where required.

Integration – Connect access control with other security and business systems where appropriate.  For businesses looking at the relationship between access control and CCTV, see our guide to understanding tailgating in access control =>  One Valid Access Card Doesn't Mean One Person Entered: Understanding Tailgating in Modern Access Control

Configuration & Commissioning – Configure, test and commission the completed system, including user training where required.

Maintenance & Support – Provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support and system upgrades.

Lifecycle Support – Support additional doors, system expansion, technology upgrades and changing business requirements.

ACSS works with selected technology providers and multi-brand environments, allowing us to recommend solutions based on each customer's requirements rather than being limited to a single technology platform.
